At this point, it is well known that the Troubleshooting section of the Version 4.X CCIE R&S Lab Exam is very challenging for candidates. To enhance our preparation materials, we have added a 4th lab to the Advanced Troubleshooting Bootcamp. This new, 8 Trouble Ticket lab brings the total sample Trouble Tickets in the course to 35, and includes Troubleshooting practice on topics such as:
- Layer 2 switching
- Frame Relay (including switch configurations)
- IGPs
- BGP
- Multicast
- Security
- Services
- MPLS
- IPv6
While this course focuses 100% on Troubleshooting, do not forget that specific sections of Troubleshooting are also available in our Graded Mock Labs, the R&S bootcamps, and the Volume 4 Workbook. Happy Troubleshooting, and may all your Verifications prove true!

how does the troubleshooting bootcamp fit in with INEs tiered learning?
Hi Kenny!
Awesome question! This class focuses on Tier 1 and 2. The lectures provide the Tier 1 information about Troubleshooting, and then the labs permit hands-on practice at the command line. It is an excellent product to help prepare for the Tier 3 Graded Mock Labs and the eventual exam.
Can you please update if Initial Configurations have been posted for all four labs on members website now
Regards,
Deepak Arora
Just checked – they are not there yet.
Unicast me at anthony@ine.com and I will make sure you have them. Also – I will get them on Members today.

how many labs are targeted for TS workbook? i hope INE make it like OLS, always evolving instead of a fixed number of labs.
Hi Nadeem!
Yes – we have not really set a target – they just continue to evolve as we get more feedback.
I had some students get very close this week! One failed the exam by one Trouble Ticket! Another aced the Troubleshooting and Core Knowledge sections, but just failed in the Configuration portion.
I sense we will indeed have a flurry of passers before Jan 1.
Inshallah (God willing), we will be able to hear a first pass within a few weeks.
Thats really exciting news that TS wb will keep on evolving, i hope to see most of TAC issues appearing in WB. This will not only increase passing chances but more importantly it will make CCIE candidates much better network engineers for real life.
Thanks goes to all great instructors @INE.
