    1) C . All web traffic is policed becuse in the policy-map it matches the class C_WEB and that class matches either http protocol or both the kazaa and Napster protocol.So when a match happens for policing it first checks the http protocol (web traffic) and police all the web traffic.Although kazaa and napster are peer to peer (ie also web traffic) traffic,they will also be policed implicitly

    2) C .Beacuse the mls qos trust extend will remark all the traffic from the P.C as 0 if the P.C has overrided any markings .
    mls qos trust device cisco phone command implicitly adds mls qos trust cos command

    3) B One for priority class and another for default class.It has only one priority class even though it has been configured for many prority classes inside the class map.

    4) B,C Because random detect is used to avoid global synchronisation and it proactively discard packets without forming any tcp synchronisation.It should not be applied to priority classes because voice packets r small n discard sensitive so configuring random detct in priority class is absolute waste
    bandwidth command must be configured inorder to calculate the weightage of packets to be dropped in the queue

    5) B. Rate refers to the CIR rate or PIR rate and Bucket refers to Bc and Be buckets .In our case only CIR is configured so it is single rate and two buckets are present

    6) A shape peak cir bc be (all in bits) In our case, cir is 8000 ,bc is 200 and be is 2000 .So fo revery Tc (bc + be) bits will be sent ie 4000 bits will be sent.

    7) A,B Because Options C is wrong because there is no need to change the policy map from the physical to virtual interface as it inherits all the policies
    Option D is wrong because Ip address is configured in multilink ppp interfaces
