    Thanks guys, the technology covered in the videos/workbooks is a great help in my day-to-day activities as well as studying for the lab exam, especially the troubleshooting. My advice for this lab (as of today that is).. go with the simplest answer the the question.

    Next is (passing) SPops and the CCDE. I am glad I can finally update my lab to current versions of code! UCSM has a couple things in different spots between versions and I wanted to work with some of the newer features on the N7/5/2Ks and how they interact with my companies gear.
