We are very excited to announce that with the recent move of all of our Voice Deep Dives, we have now nearly completed the migration of all of our ‘Voice’ video-based content over to our new CDN (Content Delivery Network) video playlist format, with support for both streaming and/or downloading from a global server nearest you. In fact, of the 320 hour of unique ‘Voice’ video content that I’ve created, 320 of those hours are now available in our new CDN format.

That’s far more content than ALL of the other Voice vendors out there COMBINED have to offer!
And just take a look here on this blog at any of the comments to see what your peers think of this material.
It speaks for itself.

Did I mention that ALL of that content plays on your iPod, iPhone, iPad and Android devices … today?

Check back often, as we will be adding new labs to our CCIE Voice Volume II Workbook in the upcoming weeks. Also, you may now purchase and schedule your Graded Mock Lab for a proper CCIE Voice assessment of your skills before actually sitting for the actual lab exam.

You can download it now for just $299 or as an All Access Pass subscriber you can download it for only $149. For All Access Pass subscriber the online streaming version is included free of charge.

Just yesterday, after 13 days of live, online class, we finally reached the end of our new CCIE Voice Advanced Technologies Class. Weighing in at just over 62 hours, it truly was a great class, and I certainly thank all of the many students who attended the live version, and made it the huge success that it was. Thanks for all of your insightful questions during the recording!

All of the uncompressed original files have been shipped off to our professional video engineers for editing and mastering before we have all of the content professionally transcribed for full intra-video search functionality, and then uploaded onto our new CDN and delivery format.

For those who might not have seen this new delivery format yet, please see this preview page with samples from this new class:

New CCIE Voice ATC Class — Preview!

For those of you who cannot wait until this new Voice ATC makes its way up to the new CDN network (probably within a week or two), you can watch it immediately in our existing streaming format in the meantime. If you have already purchased this product in the past, then simply login to your INE Members account, and launch it from the Voice tab. If you have not yet purchased this product, you may certainly do so from here from its INE.com Voice ATC web page (please note that the table of contents has not yet been updated on that page, but will be later today or tomorrow, and that there is indeed now 62 hours).

However, better yet — to gain access to not only this new Voice ATC, but also to all 115 hours of the Voice Deep Dives, the 20+ hours of the live CCIE Voice Bootcamp that we just held in Seattle last month, all of the content I am about to release pertaining to all of the new features in CUCM 8.0/8.5, not to mention access to every other video INE has ever recorded (for any reference you might ever need or want), consider simply purchasing an
All Access Pass for a mere $159/month.

As you may know, I will be the lead instructor for our New CCIE Voice Advanced Technologies Class.

The main purpose of this post is to outline the class duration and format as well as to announce that I am taking student submitted topic requests for the class.  If there is something that you’re having trouble understanding during your studies, or have found something that is not covered in enough depth in other classes or products, submit your requests below as a comment, or directly to me via email at msnow@ine.com.

The class will run 10 days, beginning on Monday 25 April and ending on Friday 6 May (sans Sat & Sun), and will begin each day at 07:00 PDT (GMT -7) and run roughly 8 hours, though some days could may very likely run longer.

The format of the class will consist of:

  • Lecture
  • Some Slides
  • Live Hands-On Demos
  • Testing
  • Intense Debugging and Trace Troubleshooting

Just as Brian McGahan stated in his post – I too have *so much* content that I am going to be covering in this 10 day class, that I don’t want to rush through any topics or skip any key points just to make the class fit into a normal template.  Therefore class length will depend largely on your topic requests as well as how many questions I get from students during the class.

As we noted previously, if you have an All Access Pass subscription (either yearly or monthly) or you previously purchased either the self-paced or live version of the Voice ATC in the past you can attend the live class free of charge by contacting sales. We can only seat 50 people in this particular online course, and last I talked with our bootcamp coordinator, more than 60% of those seats were filling up – so if you want a seat, you had better not hesitate and book it now by getting in contact with sales. Even if you end up not being able to attend part or all of the online version, the recorded class-on-demand version will still be available in your members area. Obviously the nice thing about attending the live version is being able to interact in real-time with me and other peers.

I look forward to seeing you in class!

Lab’s 1 & 2 from INE’s current CCIE Voice Volume II Workbook have been completely re-written from the ground-up, and have now been pushed to all subscribers in their INE Members area.

These two new labs both contain video-based solutions, which walk you — task-by-task — through every step of the necessary configuration, along with plenty of live troubleshooting, just as we should expect when sitting for the actual CCIE Voice Lab exam.

For the first two labs alone, we have recorded over forty hours of video-based solutions.

We are in the process completely of re-writing every lab in the Voice Volume II Workbook, and will be releasing them and posting announcements here about each new lab as they are completed. We will also be releasing new CCIE Voice Deep Dives here shortly. So stay tuned for much, much more from INE’s Voice program.

Happy Labbing!

Mark
