Hi Everyone,

We are pleased to announce the release of new Voice Updates! Voice Volume II (Full Scale Labs) Lab I. This lab will be quickly followed by additional full scale labs. The first lab covers many of the new and highly requested topics for the new version 3 voice blueprint including Globalized Call Routing, and SIP Phones.

In addition, we have released new labs and sections for Volume I (Advanced Technology Labs, including Advanced CUCM, Unity, CUCCX, and QoS. Volume II lab 2 will be released tomorrow, in addition to the Presence section for Volume I. In the next week we will complete more Volume II labs which will cover all blueprint topics, and will finish both workbooks very soon. In addition to the workbook updates, we are in the process of recording the sections of the up-to-date Advanced Technologies Class-on-Demand, which should be available any time soon now.
