The course is intended for IT professionals responsible for managing Microsoft Teams, and those seeking the Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate certification. This course covers managing chat, meetings, and phone operations. Topics include configuring the policy, access and email integration for a chat; configuring policies for meetings and live events, and managing phone numbers; managing call resources; and setting call policies.

Implement a Microsoft Teams Environment - In this course, we cover the planning and configuration of a Microsoft Teams environment. If you're responsible for managing Microsoft Teams at your company, or if you're interested in obtaining the Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate certification, this course is for you! This course covers upgrading from Skype for business, configuring networking, implementing governance, securing access, managing endpoints, and monitoring Teams.

SQL Fundamentals: Working with Data - This course is designed to introduce learners to the fundamental concepts of working with data in relational database systems. This course is intended to give a brief introduction to what relational databases are and the language - SQL - designed to work with relational data. We dive deep into data interaction using SQL to retrieve data, insert data, update data, and delete data. We also cover troubleshooting some common SQL issues.
