We are finished with our L2VPN beta testing, and are very happy to report that all 38 of our beta testers reported back not only no issues with connecting to us, but also an incredible experience overall with phones that appear directly connected to their rack switchports, and that behave and function exactly as they did when any of them have previously sat for the CCIE Voice lab exam. We are happy to announce that every one of our Voice racks now fully supports SIX Layer 2 VPN connections -... Read More

With so many requests for these classes, but also with so many telling us of their limited travel budgets, we made the decision to change our previously Seattle-based courses for CCNA Voice and CCNP Voice to online courses. They will still be packed with all of the same material to fully prepare you for all your exams. We have also reduced the price of the course to only $499, and once the course is over, you will have the ability to download this course at no additional charge. These will be... Read More

A while back, in May, we asked you all what you thought of adding closed captioning to all of our videos, and your response - both in comments and private emails - was overwhelmingly positive. This functionality would not only provide better assistance for those with difficulty hearing, but also give everyone the incredible ability to search anywhere within any video for a particular topic or keyword that had been spoken about in the audio track, and immediately jump to that timecode spot in... We are very excited to announce that with the recent move of all of our Voice Deep Dives, we have now nearly completed the migration of all of our 'Voice' video-based content over to our new CDN (Content Delivery Network) video playlist format, with support for both streaming and/or downloading from a global server nearest you. In fact, of the 320 hour of unique 'Voice' video content that I've created, 320 of those hours are now available in our new CDN format. That's far more content than ALL... Read More

A big Thank You to INE and Mark Snow in particular for the excellent presntations. After 4 attempts I finally made it. It has been 9 months of huge effort and virtually no personal life so the feeling of relief and overall fulfilment of getting the CCIE-V certification can hardly be described. A few notes around the exam strategy that worked for me: Read More

Updated with 18 Month Plan! Not only have I updated the post below quite a bit, but I have also now put together a spreadsheet that you are free to download and customize to your liking. It includes both a 12-month plan that closely resembles what is listed below, but it also includes an 18-month plan on the 2nd tab that can be used by those who simply cannot devote as much time as I propose in the below post. Simply change the start date and the rest will cascade. Use this spreadsheet to be... Read More
