Two New MPLS Courses Now Available
MPLS Troubleshooting, OAM, QoS & Segment Routing, and MPLS Traffic Engineering, led by Travis Bonfigli, both provide in-depth, foundational knowledge of key MPLS components.
MPLS Troubleshooting, OAM, QoS, & Segment RoutingIn this course, you'll be introduced to MPLS troubleshooting, Operations & Maintenance (OAM), Quality of Service (QoS), and Segment Routing (SR). Various scenarios involving the use of MPLS ping and trace route are examined. QoS is also discussed and an introduction to Segment Routing provides a look forward into the future.

MPLS Traffic Engineering
In this course, you'll be introduced to the history, basics, and configuration of MPLS Traffic Engineering (MPLS TE).
You'll dive deep into how MPLS TE distributes the TE information, path calculation & setup, tunnel interface configuration, the explicit path option, per-VRF TE, MPLS L2, and TE. The course will finish with a comprehensive look at Fast Reroute (FRR) to include link protection, node protection, and path protection.
Both courses include simulations done using Cisco's Virtual Internet Routing Lab (VIRL) software and all configurations are available in both text files and the original VIRL.virl format.
