As a company, INE has been listening.
Racism in any form is inexcusable, period. We proudly stand with the Black community, and will not remain silent in the face of injustice and inequality. The time for us all to act is long overdue.
We also understand the need for significant change in this regard within the IT community. Minorities have been historically underserved and underrepresented. We are developing plans to address these issues within our organization and within the IT community to find ways we can best serve this population. In the workplace alone, we know diversity can yield significant competitive advantages and create a substantially more creative organization, and we are committed to doing this for the long term.
In the short term, INE will be making significant contributions to Black Girls Code, which is committed to increasing the number of women of color in technology – a mission that harmonizes with our company and our employees. Additionally, we are creating a charitable matching program for those employees who wish to donate to select organizations.
From day one, our mission has been to provide in-depth, expert-level, and affordable education to all, without prejudice. We are committed, more than ever, to lead the way for positive change.
